Our Story
Grange Road Medical Services was founded in 1977 by Dr. John Jackson as a solo practitioner. Over the years, our practice has grown to include 12 doctors, seven nurses, a practice manager, an office manager, and 12 receptionists, as well as a visiting psychiatrist. Our success is attributed to Dr. Jackson's high standards of care, which we strive to maintain to this day. As a fully accredited practice with Australian General Practice Accreditation Limited, we have been judged against standards of general practice set out by the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and recognized as providing the highest standard of quality care and service.

The Good Doctor
Some doctors at the practice have been praised for their exceptional service. Dr. Lucey is commended for being thorough and knowledgeable, making patients feel comfortable and not rushed. Dr. Swan is singled out for her engaging and helpful nature, explaining things well to her patients. Dr. Tuen is also highly praised for being amazing with patients of all ages.
The Not-So-Good Doctor
On the other hand, some doctors have received negative reviews. Dr. Inival Raveenthiran is accused of being more focused on repeat business than helping patients, refusing to do blood tests without a good reason. Dr. Andrew Warren is criticized for his poor communication and lack of empathy, making patients feel unwelcome and uncared for. Dr. Aletia is also accused of being uninformed about the latest research on vaccines.
The Clinic Experience
The clinic itself has received mixed reviews. Some patients have had positive experiences, praising the clean, quiet, and orderly environment. However, others have had issues with the clinic's policies, such as being made to wait in the car park due to cold symptoms.
