Falcon Grove Medical Centre is a family-friendly practice dedicated to providing high-quality medical care to the community of Falcon and its surrounding areas. Our state-of-the-art facility is located at 609 Old Coast Road, Mandurah, 6210 Falcon Grove Shopping Centre, Old Coast Road, Falcon, WA. We are a mixed billing practice, and patient-centred care is our top priority. Our doors are always open to new patients, and we strive to offer appointments on the day you call.

Our team of experienced doctors, nurses, and reception staff are here to provide you with the best possible care. Our doctors are competent at consulting on all common health problems and will seek an opinion from a specialist when necessary. We have a senior Doctor on site for our Registrars to seek advice from if you have an unusual or uncommon health problem. Our team of healthcare professionals is empathetic, caring, and non-judgemental. Our managing directors, Dr Padminie Kain and Dr Magga Naidoo, have extensive experience in general practice and are dedicated to providing comprehensive quality medical care.

We offer appointments Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. To book an appointment, please call (08) 9534 2380. If you require urgent medical attention, please dial 000 or attend the emergency department at the Peel Health Campus.
