Service and Reception Issues
Many patients have expressed dissatisfaction with the reception and service provided at the clinic. Some have mentioned long waiting times and being sent away without proper attention. For instance, one patient waited over two and a half hours only to be sent away with antibiotics that they were resistant to. Another patient waited for over an hour without being seen and was told by the receptionist that they hadn't marked their arrival. The clinic's reception has also been criticized for lacking customer service skills.
Professionalism and Attitude of Doctors
