Disappointing Experience
Many customers have encountered issues with this company's service, ranging from unfriendly and condescending staff to substandard equipment and poor communication. Zoe Russell-Von Bujdoss was dismayed by the rude and patronizing behavior of a staff member over the phone, which led her to choose a different company. Joel Graham hired equipment for his wedding but received damaged and filthy items, including a non-functional subwoofer and missing components. Joseph Cavallo experienced issues with his dance floor, which was missing joining clips and didn't sit flat, and was charged full price despite the problems.
