Neil and his crew provided a marquee, chairs, and other party supplies for Lisa's son's 18th birthday in Adelaide. Despite the short notice, the event went smoothly, and Lisa expressed her gratitude for Neil's services.

Lisa had a mixed experience with the supplier. While the supplier was helpful in showing her how to set up the marquee, the marquee itself was damaged, with non-functional side zips and missing ties. Additionally, the supplier was unreliable, not adhering to the agreed-upon pick-up and drop-off times. Lisa also found the supplier to be abrupt and rude, and would not recommend the service for a wedding.

Christine ordered umbrellas and tables but the delivery was not made as promised. When she contacted Neil, he admitted to having made a mistake and was unwilling to rectify the situation or provide an alternative delivery time. Christine was extremely dissatisfied with the service and advises others to avoid this company.
