Poor Customer Service and Quality Issues
Several reviewers have described their disappointing experiences with this dry cleaning service. Gordon Almadi, a first-time customer, was given an estimated price of $100 for washing and folding his clothes, but was later presented with an invoice for $177.77. Despite his objections, the staff refused to adjust the price, citing the owner's decisions regarding pricing. The quality of the cleaning was also subpar, with whites turning grey and clothes looking like they were laundered by a child. The washed shirts were hung backwards, and the folds were messy.
Tina He had a similar experience, with two down coats damaged during cleaning. The zip head was missing from one coat, and the other had a mysterious stain that was not removed. When she complained, the staff denied responsibility and offered to wash the coats again, which she refused.
Highup had a suit dry cleaned and pressed, but when he got home, he discovered that the pants had not been pressed at all, making him late for an event. Sean Skea had a suit that was returned stained, and the staff not only failed to remove the stains but also used stronger chemicals to clean the item without permission, causing further damage.
Terrible Experience, Would Not Recommend
These reviewers have all described their experiences as terrible, with poor customer service and subpar quality. The owners and staff seem uninterested in solving problems or taking responsibility for mistakes. It's clear that these customers will not return to this dry cleaning service and would not recommend it to others.
