Unprofessional and Dishonest Behavior
The accounts staff have been accused of being rude, having a terrible phone manner, and even lying to customers. One reviewer claimed that the staff member threatened them with false claims of previous attempts to contact them. Another reviewer warned against providing credit card details in advance, as they were sent an invoice for $230 despite the technician being unable to assist with their fridge issue.
