Unsatisfactory Experience
The reviews provided reveal a series of unfortunate events that left customers feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. The first reviewer, Emma Dwire, gave the practice a 1-star rating, citing horrible customer service on the phone. She was told to figure out who her doctor was since her previous one was on maternity leave, making her feel like a child.
The second reviewer, Josalyn Sheldrick, also gave 1-star rating and had a similar unimpressive experience. She found it difficult to make an appointment as they only allowed bookings for 8 o'clock in the morning, even though her friend managed to secure an earlier appointment. She was not impressed with the customer service and phone skills provided by Lisa.
However, one reviewer, Eleanor De Villiers, had a completely different experience. She gave the practice a 5-star rating and had nothing but positive things to say. She has been taking her daughter to the practice for two years and has always been impressed by the team's bedside manner, willingness to listen, and excellent communication over the phone. She found the practice to be accommodating and willing to tailor their approach to individual needs.
