Our Services
We offer a wide range of general practice services, including women's health, skin checks, ear microsuctioning, and chronic disease management. Our team of experienced general practitioners is committed to providing personalized care, tailored to each patient's unique needs. We also have a Dietitian on-site, providing expert guidance on nutrition and healthy living.
Our Practice
As a private billing practice, we charge consultation and procedure fees for all patients 16 years and over. However, we bulk bill pension/concession/health card holders, ATSI patients registered for CTG under our practice, and DVA patients for basic consultations. Specialised consultations and procedures incur a fee for all patients, regardless of concession status.
Home Visits and After Hours Care
We understand that sometimes, patients may require medical attention outside of our practice hours. For our regular patients who have a condition that prevents them from attending our practice, we offer home visits and after-hours care. This service is available at the discretion of the patient's doctor and incurs a private fee of $50.00.
Onsite Services
For your convenience, we have an onsite pathology service provided by 4Cyte Pathology Helensvale, and an onsite chemist, Chempro Chemist Helensvale. This allows us to provide comprehensive care, all under one roof.
