She spent years honing her skills in traditional techniques, including rolling, forging, shaping, and finessing precious metals. Rod, with a background in management and a deep understanding of diamonds and precious gemstones, provides the perfect complement to Sandy's skills. He studied gemmology, earning a high distinction, and became a certified diamond grader. With his extensive knowledge, he expertly guides clients through the process of selecting the perfect diamond or gemstone.

Quality and Authenticity Concerns
