Sherryn Jackson had a similar experience, with Don failing to confirm the order of a replacement part for her induction cooktop and eventually sending her elsewhere. David Kenyon's caravan airconditioning was left unrepaired for over a year, with Don becoming angry when asked about the delay. J. Xragtor's fridge was not only not fixed but was also damaged further, while Mark Rodwell paid $480 to get his Waeco fixed but it still didn't work properly. Wendy Adams was offered a quote to repair her fridge but never received it, and Mike Hamilton had a faulty air con system that was never properly fixed.
