Warranty and Customer Service Issues
Several reviewers have expressed disappointment and frustration with the warranty and customer service provided by Andi Co and Liebherr. Author Amrit Bhusal experienced issues with the warranty process, stating that a claim was denied despite being submitted by the builder on his behalf. Amy Yared had a similar experience, with her claim being ignored and eventually denied despite evidence contradicting the installation issue claimed by Andi Co.
Author Alexii Pavlakos found the customer service to be extremely poor, citing a lack of communication and unexpected additional costs for installing the oven. Luke Matar's experience was also marred by poor customer service, with Andi Co denying his warranty claim and providing an unsatisfactory explanation for the malfunctioning fridge.
David Wilson's brand new Liebherr fridge never worked from the day it was delivered, and despite repeated emails and calls, he was not provided with a replacement fridge by Christmas.

Positive Experiences
However, Eddie Gao's review stands out as a completely positive experience with Andi Co, who went above and beyond to help with his aged Liebherr fridges. Angela Andary also had a positive experience after initially complaining about a poor response to her stove delivery, which was promptly addressed by Andi Co.
