Outstanding Customer Service
The staff at Bills Repair are praised for their helpful and pleasant nature. Many customers have had positive experiences with them, including getting their oxy and acetylene regulators rebuilt, having their welders repaired, and receiving excellent customer service. Mixed Results with Repairs
However, there are some instances where the repair service falls short. One customer had a poor experience with the repair of their Lincoln 140 mig welder, accusing the staff of providing false information and making a profit off them. Another customer was initially delighted with their solar installation but didn't provide a review specific to Bills Repair.
