Tilt-Up Construction

Recognizing the strong potential for tilt-up construction in Port Lincoln and the Eyre Peninsula, Kym Clarke Constructions established a dedicated tilt-up division. Tilt-up construction is a method in which concrete wall panels are cast horizontally on the ground and then raised into position. This method offers numerous benefits, including speed of construction, design flexibility, and energy efficiency. Our tilt-up team is highly skilled in this construction method, delivering projects that are not only robust and durable but also aesthetically pleasing.

Our Team

Our team comprises approximately 30 members, each of whom is dedicated to delivering high-quality projects. Our founder, Kym Clarke, has extensive experience in the construction industry, having completed a joinery apprenticeship, acquired a carpentry position, and worked as a Quantity Surveyor. Kym's wife, Ann, plays an active role in the company, contributing her keen eye for detail and quality as a Company Secretarial & Office Manager.

Our Involvement in the Community

Kym and Ann Clarke have been heavily involved in the Port Lincoln community and its surrounds. Kym's past involvement in cricket and football has proven successful, leading many teams to premiership. In recent years, he has become an avid sailor, a hobby that he developed from his son's involvement in the local yacht club. Ann has taken an active role in the company, extending her interest from a home supportive role to a hands-on Company Secretarial & Office Managing position.
