Our Story

At Giddings Building Services, we're proud of our community and commitment to delivering quality workmanship and strong relationships with our clients. We're a local business, employing locally and working with and for the people of Port Lincoln and the Lower Eyre Peninsula. Our team is made up of individuals who are passionate about building and creating spaces that our clients can relax in and enjoy.

Meet the Team

Meet Matthew Giddings, the owner and lead builder, who has over eighteen years of experience in the building industry on the Eyre Peninsula. Matthew started his trade in Port Lincoln and decided to branch out to run his own business in 2007. His sister owns the local Cummins Hardware store, which comes in handy when working with clients. When he's not working hard, he can be found playing with his kids or tinkering in his shed working on his boat project.

Meet Chris Byass, a fully qualified tradesperson with meticulous attention to detail and great home design ideas. Chris has owned a small business in Port Lincoln and has excellent customer service skills. When he's not working, he loves spending time with his beautiful family who love a good hit of tennis.

Meet Geraldine Giddings, the administrative and marketing expert, who works behind the scenes. She has worked as a labourer beside Matthew and can still be spotted onsite helping out here and there.
