Our Story

Our founders, Rodney and Sharon, are locals born and bred in the Shoalhaven area. Rodney's passion for joinery and kitchen design led him to pursue an apprenticeship in Nowra, where he honed his skills and developed a deep understanding of the industry. After years of working in the Shoalhaven district, Rodney and Sharon decided to establish Flinders Joinery & Kitchens, a business that would allow them to provide a more personalised and tailored service to their clients.
