Fresh Freight was established in 2003 to address the critical need for reliable transport of perishable and food products across Bass Strait. Our company provides a comprehensive door-to-door freight forwarding service between Tasmania and Mainland Australia, operating seven days a week. We specialize in refrigerated and ambient food-grade product transportation, connecting Tasmanian producers to mainland markets and facilitating imports from Mainland suppliers to Tasmanian retailers. With over 100 trailing equipment units, including pantech, tautliners, and container/skel combinations, we ensure fast, reliable, and on-time deliveries. Our equipment policy emphasizes continuous maintenance and upgrades to maintain best-in-practice service standards and cold chain compliance. Accredited under HACCP, AQIS Export Eligible Premises, and Tasmanian Government Approved Quarantine Place standards, we serve a diverse customer base ranging from small primary producers to large-scale food processors.
