With 24/7 access, keypad entry, and sensor LED lighting, you can rest assured that your caravan is in good hands. We also offer additional services such as on-site maintenance, battery charging, and water check.
• Boat Storage: Our boat storage services offer a dry marina experience, complete with a wash down bay, sullage dump point, and potable water. Our facility is equipped with 24/7 CCTV coverage, back to base monitoring, and sensor LED lighting to ensure the safety and security of your boat.
• Car and Other Toy Storage: Our storage services are not limited to caravans and boats. We also offer storage solutions for cars, jet skis, motorbikes, trailers, golf buggies, off-road vehicles, and other big boys toys.

Our Facilities

At ToyYard, we take pride in our state-of-the-art facilities. Our Blackburn Road facility is purpose-built and equipped with the latest security features, including 24/7 CCTV coverage, back to base monitoring, sensor LED lighting, and keypad entry. Our Jacquard Way facility offers an extended storage area for customers who simply want storage without any bells and whistles. Our 17 Blackburn Drive facility offers another service area for customers who want a simple and secure storage solution.

Additional Services

At ToyYard, we offer a range of additional services to make your storage experience as convenient as possible. Our additional services include:

• On-site maintenance: Our on-site maintenance services include bearing, tyre, chassis, suspension, and other maintenance services for your caravan, motorhome, or boat.
• Wash and preparation services: Given 48 hours' notice, we will wash your caravan or boat for you prior to a trip.
• Pick up and delivery: We offer pick up and delivery services for your convenience.
• Engine repairs: We offer engine repairs for your caravan, motorhome, or boat.
• Trip preparation: We offer trip preparation services to ensure that your caravan, motorhome, or boat is ready for your next adventure.

Our Location

Our storage facilities are close to all ramps south of Fremantle, making it easy for you to access your boat or vehicle. We are open from 9 am to 5 pm on weekdays and by arrangement over the weekend.
