You seem to have a problem Alex Mon with the amount of reviews you have done when your bullying tactics don't work. You are rude and arrogant with your dealings with people so it is not surprising you don't get what you want when you try and demand it.

- Belinda Bairstow: The experience has been nothing but painful. Didn't deliver on time and provided incorrect certification of their design. Don't respond to emails or phone calls in a timely manner. This has been doing in since December 2020.

- Paul Tidmarsh: BEWARE USING THESE GUYS. I have used this company for the last 10 or so years for soil tests prior to starting a build. Every time in the past I have had 3 bore holes done, This time they said that "due to the size of the home, we need to drill extra bore holes at a cost of approx. $150.00." I had to meet the driller to give him access, he mentioned to me that they have started doing only 2 holes because they are so busy, and charging for the 3rd.?
That story is different to what I was told. I agreed and the report was sent to me, after me having to chase it up and being told that this should have been done already, but it wasn't. I went to site to see the hole locations, I still only had 3 holes done. 2 of the holes were located where the driveway is to be, and the third one isn't in the building footprint, so that is useless to anyone. So, after paying extra fees to have a report done, I had no boreholes in the right location.
Very disappointed, I called to complain and spoke to the drawing manager, he mentioned he would follow it up and get back to me the next day, I didn't receive any call back, Still. Just an email for the refund of the extra fees charged. No explanation whatsoever. I will not be using STA in the future. ________________________________________________________________________ -Added after your reply, It's a shame that I sat for two weeks, then hours after writing a bad review, I am contacted to rectify the issue. Clearly there is more concern for a bad review than a customer of 10+ years. Thanks for your refund and apology.
