Review: To every negative comment you have written the same reply claiming that it's false and trying to discredit you, however I have had the same experience as every single one of those negative comments, if not more! My aunty has been in the care of carechoice for about 6 months and not a single day has gone by without me having to make a complaint about the lack of care and borderline negligence.

Review: Care choice are extremely poor! They cannot account for money they handle and there clients do not see a dollar of what is promised to them. My personal experience with this company has been horrible, they are not truthful and do not have the interest of their clients in mind, just there own. They are a poor excuse for NDIS support services provider and are completely unaccountable for everything they do. Staff have been abusive to clients and all complaints have fallen on deaf ears. Disgusting.

Review: Communication was almost zero as my phone calls were hardly ever returned. I was not given the opportunity to interview workers or have shadow shifts even though I stated quite clearly the importance of these at first consult. Workers were only organised after numerous phone calls by me and those sent to my daughter were unsuitable. We now have to find another agency and start again.
