Lack of Professionalism
One reviewer, Lily Ge, gave Unita a 1-star rating due to unprofessional behavior from their representative, Kent. Kent spent over an hour at the reviewer's pharmacy discussing a quote for a big job, but failed to provide it. When Lily followed up, the company didn't know who Kent was, and it was later discovered that he had left the company suddenly without handing over the project. Adam, who took on the case, also failed to show up for a scheduled appointment.
Misleading Advertising
Lily is Highly Disappointed with Unita's services, stating that their Instagram ads did not match the reality of their work. She strongly advises others not to use their services, citing the wasted time and energy she experienced.
