Customer Service Experience
- Mariah provided excellent customer service, helping a customer with a sunglass purchase and ensuring they got the desired colour. The customer was very happy and appreciated Mariah's assistance.
- On the other hand, Elizabeth Rule had a negative experience with unwelcoming and rude service on two separate occasions. This led her to decide to take her business elsewhere.
- Bill Neal had a positive experience when he went in to buy glasses demisting wipes. Although they were out of stock, a helpful woman used her own wipes to demist his glasses without charging him. He was impressed with the service and planned to return the next day to buy the wipes.
