Poor Customer Service and Quality Issues
Several customers have expressed their dissatisfaction with the products and services they have received from various companies. Attila Grabler has been waiting for over a year to get his mattress repaired, despite having cancer and a back issue. Julie Barling had a faulty mattress that was not replaced until months later, and was told to loan a second-hand mattress. George Marinos experienced a strong odour from his new mattress and was not contacted back by the store after leaving a message. Stephanie Maxwell had a warranty issue with her mattress and was told it was void due to staining, despite being within the warranty period. Irina Gershkov and Mark Zgudka also had issues with the quality of their mattresses, with indentation and dips in the mattress.
