Services
Carpet Steam Cleaning
Our professional carpet steam cleaning service uses high-temperature extraction to deep-clean carpets while preserving fabric integrity. The three-stage process includes pre-inspection, deep steam treatment with eco-safe solutions, and professional deodorization. This method effectively removes embedded dirt, bacteria, and allergens, leaving carpets refreshed and hygienic. Specialised techniques ensure minimal moisture retention for faster drying times.
Flood Damage Restoration
Emergency flood damage restoration combines water extraction, structural drying, and sanitisation. Our team uses industrial pumps and commercial-grade dryers to remove standing water and moisture from carpets, furniture, and building materials. The process includes thorough steam cleaning and deodorization to eliminate contaminants and prevent mould growth, restoring properties to safe, habitable conditions.
Carpet Stain Removal
Specialised stain removal service targets persistent marks using advanced carbonating extraction technology. The two-phase process involves deep stain breakdown with eco-friendly agents followed by professional deodorization. Our technicians handle challenging contaminants like pet urine, food spills, and organic stains while protecting carpet fibres and maintaining colour integrity.
Upholstery Cleaning
Comprehensive upholstery cleaning addresses both visible surfaces and hidden structures. The five-step process includes fabric testing, pre-vacuuming, deep steam treatment, professional deodorization, and sanitisation. Our method effectively cleans delicate materials like velvet and wool while eliminating embedded dirt, allergens, and bacteria from both upholstery and underlying foam.
Tiles and Grout Cleaning
Professional tile and grout cleaning restores surfaces using high-pressure steam technology. The service includes deep cleaning of ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tiles, along with grout line restoration. Specialised equipment removes built-up grime and discolouration while preserving surface finishes, leaving tiled areas looking renewed and easier to maintain.
