Canine Friends

At Eastern Hills Vet Centre, we welcome dogs of all shapes and sizes with open arms. We love our canine friends and are always amazed by the endless range of personalities and quirks they possess. We believe that every dog deserves high-quality, individualized medicine, and we strive to provide just that. We have an indoor waiting room near reception, as well as an outdoor alfresco "chill out zone" for dogs that need some space or enjoy the fresh air. We also have a secure atrium to house some of our bigger patients or dogs that don't cope well in cages. We understand that timing can be everything when it comes to dogs, so please talk to our staff if you think your dog is best suited to being seen at quiet times of the day, is not dog or cat friendly, or might just need some extra time.

Feline Friends

We take great care of feline friends here at Eastern Hills, from kittens to senior cats. We know that cats can be wonderfully diverse, and we pride ourselves on treating them as the individuals they are. Our hospital ward is climate-controlled for patient comfort and equipped with patient monitoring equipment, fluid pumps, and soft padded bedding. We do our best to make every patient's stay as pleasant as possible, tailoring our approach to meet each cat's unique needs and personality.

Other Creatures

We are a small animal clinic and love the diversity of pets in the hills. We welcome feathered, furred, or scaly friends, and we strive to treat all of them with care and diligence. Whether your pet needs a check-up or has specific medical needs, we are here to help.

In addition, we offer hospitalization, diagnostics, and treatment of unwell pets, general anaesthesia with careful monitoring, surgery (including soft tissue and orthopaedics), imaging (digital radiology and ultrasound), in-house pathology (including blood, urine, dermatology, and laboratory testing), and dentistry (with ultrasonic scaler) and extractions. We also provide end of life care and humane euthanasia.
