Excellent Customer Service and Beautiful Flowers

The Albury Florist Centre received high praise from several customers who were extremely satisfied with their services. One customer, Therese Jjj, highly recommended the centre, noting that the owner, Avelyn, was a lovely lady who personally delivered a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers on the same day. Glenn Sandford also appreciated the centre's ability to create a stunning arrangement of flowers at the last minute. Kristie Odgers, who left her Mother's Day purchase to the last minute, was impressed by the centre's prompt delivery and beautiful flowers.

David Mitchell, who ordered a local delivery online from Sydney, was happy with the arrangement and the photo sent by the recipient. He was also impressed by the centre's quick delivery. Sue Bracken, who rang the centre at 10 am, was thrilled with the gorgeous flowers that arrived just after 12 pm. Marilyn Johnstone appreciated the centre's quick delivery service and the beautiful potted orchid plant chosen by Lisa. Lorna Anderson was pleased with the arrangement and the staff's helpfulness.

Tracey M. has been ordering flowers from the centre for the past four years and has always been happy with the arrangements and the staff, particularly Sophie, who has sometimes gone out of her way to deliver the flowers personally. Steve Salan, who lives in North Queensland, was impressed by Kellie's helpfulness and the quality and freshness of the flowers delivered to his mother.

Sarah Villiers was thrilled with Carol's professional service and the elegant and classic floral arrangements for her wedding. Daniel Mitchell appreciated the fantastic service and the amazing flowers that remained fresh for a week.

Subpar Customer Service and Poor Quality Flowers

However, not all customers had a positive experience with the Albury Florist Centre. Catherine found the customer service in-store to be subpar and felt rushed into buying flowers that she usually wouldn't have purchased. She noted that the centre's online service had always been excellent, but her in-store experience was disappointing.

Tamara Anderson had a poor experience with the centre, as the Mother's Day flowers she ordered arrived two days early and were not as colourful as the picture on the website. When she contacted the centre, they were apologetic and offered to send something to her mother on Monday, but nothing arrived. They claimed they were a subsidiary of Petals and therefore not responsible for making restitution.

Martin Essers had a disappointing experience with the centre, as the flowers he ordered for Mother's Day arrived late, wilted, and with incorrect address details. Despite expressing his disappointment, he did not receive an apology or an offer to replace the flowers. When he asked for a replacement, the centre only replaced two of the three wilted lilies, claiming the third was fine.
