Our experienced personal trainers, Emma and Zoe, have a combined 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, and we're dedicated to making fitness fun and accessible for everyone.
Our Services
We offer a range of training services, including group and individual sessions, corporate groups for busy businesses, and private groups for friends and families. Our sessions can be tailored to suit your needs and schedule, with options for 30-minute to hour-long sessions. Our training sessions include a variety of activities, such as boxing for fitness, bodyweight strength sessions, cardio sessions, circuit training, relaxation stretch sessions, and even your own Zumba fitness class.
To help you achieve your fitness goals, we also offer additional services, including monthly fitness assessments, weekly measurements and weigh-ins, goal analysis, food diaries, and advice. And, if you buy sessions in bulk and pay upfront, you'll receive all of these extras as part of our package.

Our team of personal trainers is led by Emma Kearines, who has been working in the fitness industry for over 10 years. Emma has a passion for making fitness fun and accessible for everyone, and she's dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. Joining Emma is Zoe Madgwick, who has been doing group training with Emma for 5 years and has seen the results firsthand. Zoe is dedicated to improving your health and happiness, and she's excited to work with you to achieve your goals.
