Our Podiatrists
Our team of podiatrists includes:
- Jessica Knox (B. App. Sc. Podiatry): As the owner of Great Feets, Jessica is passionate about improving quality of life through good foot health. She has treated clients in private practice, high-risk foot clinics, and nursing homes and currently supervises students in their clinical practice at Western Sydney University (WSU).
- Charlotte Lawrence-Slater (B. App. Sc. Podiatry, BHS Nursing): Charlotte has experience in general podiatry, biomechanics, and paediatrics. She lives in Redfern with her husband and 10-year-old son and takes great pleasure in working and living in the same local community.
- Juliann Ryan (B. App. Sc. Podiatry (Hons)): Juliann has been a practicing podiatrist for over 10 years and has an Honours degree in podiatry from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT). Her special interests include wounds, nail surgery, thorough biomechanical assessment, and children's feet and gait.
- Kate Carter (BSc (Hons), MSc, PGCert. Ed): Kate moved to Australia at the beginning of 2017 to pursue her interest in rheumatology. She brings 15 years of experience in podiatric clinical practice across public and private health, an advanced range of clinical skills, and a particular specialisation in musculoskeletal disorders (including sports and children's conditions).
- Kelly May (B.Podiatry): Kelly initially joined the Great Feets team as our podiatry assistant and practice manager while completing her Podiatry degree. She accomplished a Bachelor of Podiatry graduating with Distinction, and was awarded podiatry student of the year from the University of Newcastle.

We are members of the Australian Podiatry Association (NSW & ACT) and provide electronic on-the-spot claim processing for members of participating health funds through HICAPS. Great Feets is also a Department of Veterans Affairs provider.
