At Robin Payne - Building Design, we offer an initial consultation either in your home or on site to determine the viability of a client's proposals and budget requirements. We provide a relatively inexpensive concept that can be fine-tuned to fit the individual client's requirements. With the help of a builder or quantity surveyor, we establish that the concept is within budget. The next step is full documentation, council approvals, and final tendering, leaving the client with sufficient information to engage a builder on a fixed price basis.

Our design solutions satisfy each client's needs and tastes while considering the constraints of budget and site. We have extensive experience in dealing with sites that are not just flat and rectangular or facing the appropriate aspect. Our services also include the services of a Town Planner, Interior Designer, or Structural Engineer, ensuring the best possible outcome for our clients.
