• Cromer Carawa Road: This one-bedroom unit in the heart of the Sydney CBD was completely remodelled. Work included laying limestone tiles, installation of the new kitchen, and new bathroom fit-out.
• Cromer Extension: This renovation extended a small 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom house into a large open space with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This consisted of extending the kitchen out, extruding the walls to create a large double-height entertaining space that steps out onto a large deck space. The second storey was added to create an upstairs bedroom area that holds a balcony that looks onto the valley. The interior of all rooms was completely renovated and fitted out to create a coastal style finish.
