Our Services

We offer a range of services, including psychological counselling, cognitive assessments, autism assessments, parent and teacher strategies, and behavioural observations at school or kinder. Our counselling services are designed to address a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, couples counselling, parenting, grief and loss, social skills, anger, intellectual and learning disabilities, self-esteem, trauma, bullying, abuse, ASD, ADHD, OCD, and more.

Our experienced psychologists use evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, structured and unstructured Play Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, and Interpersonal Process Therapy. We also offer Gottman couples therapy and Child Parent Relationship Therapy.

Our Team

Our team is led by Wendy Henriks, a registered psychologist with over 18 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. Wendy has a special interest in children, adolescents, and families, and she is passionate about helping others. She believes in the significance of early intervention and works closely with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create a comprehensive and supportive network for her clients.
