Our Services
We offer a range of services to suit different fitness levels and goals. Our Group Training programs are designed to provide a fun and motivating environment for individuals to reach their fitness goals. Our experienced coaches lead outdoor small group fitness training classes in beautiful locations around Sydney, including Kirribilli, Milsons Point, North Sydney, Camperdown, and Redfern. Our training modality and methodology are unique to any bootcamp program, and we measure all results using state-of-the-art heart rate monitoring systems.
In addition to our Group Training programs, we also offer Personal Training sessions for those who require a more personalized approach. Our experienced coaches work closely with clients to understand their goals and develop tailored training programs to help them achieve success.
For those who prefer to train from the comfort of their own homes, we offer Online Training programs. Our online coaching platform provides clients with access to a range of training programs, nutritional guidance, and motivational support to help them reach their fitness goals.
We also offer Corporate Wellness programs designed to improve the health and wellbeing of employees. Our programs are tailored to suit the needs of each business and can be delivered on-site or at one of our outdoor training locations.
