Our Story
Petmates was founded in 2005 by Tracey Smyth, a lifelong animal lover with a wealth of experience in caring for cats and dogs. Before moving to Australia, Tracey successfully set up and ran Animates Pet Services in the UK, and has continued to grow her expertise through research and training courses with leading NSW dog trainers. With a deep understanding of companion animals, Tracey is dedicated to providing exceptional care for your furry friends.
Our Services
At Petmates, we offer a range of services designed to cater to your pet's unique needs. Our small group dog walking adventures are tailored to provide maximum fun and attention in the safest possible environment, with a maximum of four dogs per walk. Our experienced and insured walkers will ensure your dog gets the exercise and socialisation they need to thrive.
For our feline friends, we offer personalised cat minding visits that go beyond just a 'pop in' visit. Our fully trained and insured cat sitters will spend quality time with your cat, providing for their every need and giving them the pampering they deserve.
