Unley Physiotherapy has been a trusted provider of allied health services in South Australia for over 45 years. Our clinic has grown and evolved to offer a wide range of services, including musculoskeletal, sports and neurological physiotherapy, exercise physiology, speech therapy, corporate health, and massage services. We are committed to providing timely, appropriate, and effective consultations that yield positive long-term solutions for our patients.

What We Do

Our goal at Unley Physiotherapy is to get to the root of your problem and provide you with the information, management solutions, and a treatment plan tailored to your needs and lifestyle. Our referrals come from GPs, consultants, and other health and sport professionals, and our main source of referrals has always been and continues to be client recommendations. We offer both in-clinic, telehealth, and home visit services to suit our patients' needs best. We also offer a wide range of classes to assist in both acute and long-term outcomes for our patients.

At Unley Physiotherapy, we have a commitment to protecting vulnerable people, members of the communities we serve, our workforce, and anyone who enters an Unley Physiotherapy workplace. All staff who are in non-incidental roles must undertake a NDIS check prior to commencement and every 5 years thereafter.

Musculoskeletal Team

*GREGORY ROSENBAUER*, Director, B. App SC (Physio), Member APA, Member SPA

Gregory graduated with a BSC (Physiotherapy) from the University of South Australia in 1996. He spent 11 years gaining experience in the UK, including six years as Head Physiotherapist at Lords Cricket Ground, London. Upon returning to Australia in 2008, Gregory continued his work in cricket, working for Cricket Australia and the South Australian Cricket Association. During this period, he developed a particular interest in golf and the role physiotherapy has in assessing and assisting in movement analysis, postural strength, and motor control for golfers. He is currently Physiotherapist for Golf Australia and the Japan National and Olympic High Performance Programs. He has lectured in golf physiotherapy in various countries around the world and has a keen interest in developing the evidence-based knowledge of the physical side of golf. In the clinic, Gregory has an interest in pain science, movement analysis, and helping people regain function, quality of life, and return to activity.

*VALENTYNA SOLOWIJ*, B. App Sc (Physio), M. App Sc Physio (Ortho, Member Aus Voice Association)

Valentyna graduated from SAIT in 1981 and then the University of South Australia in 1991 with a Master of Applied Science Physiotherapy (Orthopaedics) and is experienced in treating spinal problems (neck and back), shoulders, recurring hamstring strains, TMD, headaches, and 'POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome). She has worked overseas in London and had her own private practice for 18 years in Australia. In addition to working as a physiotherapist, Valentyna has performed for over 20 years with the State Opera chorus and treated numerous performers. During this time, she also taught singing to both adults and children and has a keen interest in the connection between voice and body. Valentyna is interested in helping people overcome pain, injury, and disability and improving their quality of life.
