Our History

Kelair Pumps was founded by Bill Smith in Sydney in 1975. Over the years, we have expanded our operations to establish interstate branches in Launceston, Melbourne, Brisbane, Mackay, and Perth. We have also diversified our product range to cater to the needs of various industries, including mining, mineral, oil and gas, chemical, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, paints, inks, adhesives, power, water, wastewater, and more.

We specialize in industrial pumps and pump packages for various industries. Our range of products includes positive displacement pumps, diaphragm pumps, pulsation/surge dampeners, peristaltic pumps, vane pumps, screw pumps, gear pumps, progressive cavity pumps, lobe pumps, centrifugal pumps, process pumps, and solids handling pumps. We also provide service and support for all our products, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.

Building and Fire Protection

In addition to our industrial pumps, we also specialize in building and fire protection solutions. We provide high-rise applications, cold water boosters, variable-speed pressure systems, and hot water circulators. Our fire protection solutions include hydrants, sprinklers, and combined systems that comply with AS2941, AS2419.1, and AS2118.6.

Environmental Solutions

We also offer environmental solutions, including a stand-alone all-in-one sewage treatment system suitable for applications involving 30 to 500 people. Our packaged sewage treatment systems are designed for households, and we also provide a treatment system for the biological reduction of BOD, Suspended Solids (SS), and other pollutants.
