• Melbourne Road Builder - Que One Homes Photographer - Spacecraft Esplanade: A newly built waterfront home with a contemporary design that takes advantage of the stunning views over the bay. Despite the challenges posed by the site's orientation and heritage overlay, we were able to create a range of spaces that offer flexible living options for the modern family.
• Photographer - Daniela Fulford Builder - Element Constructions Alma Tce: A luxurious single-story property with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Polished concrete flooring, timber feature trimming, and skillion room features give this home a modern and sleek look.
• Osborne Street Completed - 2019 Interior Designer - Melissa Lunardon Builder - Truform Photographer - Kate Hansen: A stunning heritage home that has been restored to its original beauty and transformed into a contemporary family home.
• Basset Lobaza Architects - Canning St: A two-story property located in a quiet, leafy inner-Melbourne street. We meticulously restored the heritage-listed Victorian polychrome brick terrace house while adding a modern extension that transformed it into a light-filled, comfortable family home.
• River Street Dover Lane: A newly built home located close to the beach, featuring open-plan living/dining areas, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a separate upstairs living zone.
• Raleigh Street: Three modern townhouses located in the heart of Footscray, providing a contemporary take on townhouse living.
• Melbourne Road: A double frontage heritage home that we greatly enhanced with double rear additions and an extension. The house now boasts six bedrooms, two separate living areas, four bathrooms, a spacious gym/storage room, paved terrace, pool, and two separate decked areas.
• Cole Street: An elegant extension and addition project applied to a beautiful heritage home. This single-level home now comprises two bedrooms and a separate sitting and living area, with a kitchen and dining area that opens to a spacious outdoor deck for simultaneous indoor and outdoor living.
• Cecil Street: A stunning heritage family home that ticks all the luxury living boxes. Located in Williamstown, this enhanced property now comprises five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two studies, and outdoor amenities including a large additional shed, undercover entertainment area, and in-ground pool.
