WD's customer service has been a mixed bag, with some customers having excellent experiences while others have been left feeling frustrated and disappointed.
Dirty Tricks
Michael Lahiff had a negative experience with WD, citing a bad experience with a carpet layer who was rough and refused to stop damaging skirting boards. When they contacted WD, they were told to sign a form indicating they were responsible for any damage, leading Michael to advise others to "go elsewhere".
Bitter Sweet
Chintan Bhavsar, on the other hand, had a positive experience with WD, with Adam going above and beyond to resolve an issue with their hybrid flooring. The communication and responsiveness were outstanding, and Chintan is eager to return to WD for future flooring needs.

Disputes and Miscommunication
Penny Dimoski, however, had a terrible experience with WD, citing poor communication and lack of responsibility for mistakes made by the carpet installer. She was left feeling like she was forced to compromise on the design of her staircase, and the office staff were unsympathetic to her concerns.
