Our services include custom design, manufacture, stone cutting and repolishing, laser welding, plating, remodelling, repairs, hand engraving, valuations, and consultation. We can source rough stones and have them cut and polished, or take old stones and have them re-faceted and matched to existing stones. We can also improve stones by adding extra facets.

Our History
Greg Bartlett began his jewellery apprenticeship in 1982 and has since honed his skills and expertise under the supervision of two of Adelaide's finest and respected goldsmiths. With over 30 years of experience, Greg has worked on pieces for the public and the jewellery industry, attracting high-end jewellers from Australia and around the world. His expertise and craftsmanship have earned him a reputation as a Master Jeweller, and his passion for creating exquisite jewellery is unmatched.
Design and Quality of Jewelry
The design of the jewelry has been a mixed bag, with one customer having a very disappointing experience. They had a custom-made ring designed, but the final product was not what they expected. The ring was thinner than their engagement ring and discolored after a short time, leaving them with a bad memory of their wedding day.
Service and Communication
In contrast, most customers have praised the service and communication of the staff, particularly Greg and Chantelle. They were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. The staff were also knowledgeable about the products, offering helpful options and advice.
Value for Money
One customer felt ripped off, having to pay an extra $300 for a wedding band that they did not budget for. They felt that they were misled about the price and value of their traded jewelry.
General Experience
