What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in available from 3pm, with check-out required by 10am. Early access or late check-out may be possible with prior arrangement.
How do I access the property?
Properties use secure lock boxes. Access codes are provided prior to arrival via email for key collection.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa and Mastercard for bond payments and bookings. Gift vouchers are also available for holiday purchases.
Are pets allowed?
Some properties accept pets with prior approval. Owners must ensure pets remain outdoors and leave no trace behind.
Is internet included?
All properties include complimentary WIFI for guest use during their stay.
