Our Guarantee

We offer a 12-month warranty on all our work (per AS2118.1), and after the warranty period, we'll conduct monthly, 6-monthly, annual, and 5-yearly tests (per AS1851.3) to ensure that your safety system is in good working order and will perform in an emergency. If you're not satisfied with the standard of our work or equipment used on your property within 12 months of completion of the work, we'll repair any unsatisfactory areas or supply new equipment free of charge.
