What are your cellar door opening hours?
We’re open Thursday-Sunday, 11am-5pm. The kitchen serves lunch from 11:30am-3:30pm on Thursdays/Fridays and 11:30am-4pm on weekends.
Can I host a wedding at Paynes Rise?
Yes! Our vineyard offers wedding packages with event coordination, catering options, and venue hire. Contact us for details on our historic homestead and outdoor spaces.
Do you offer wine subscriptions?
Our wine club provides subscription packs with 20% discounts, free delivery in Victoria, and curated deliveries every 3-6 months. Members get first access to new releases.
Are pets allowed on the premises?
Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets due to animals on our property. Service animals are welcome with prior notice.
What’s your cancellation policy for bookings?
Group bookings of 15+ require a $100 deposit, non-refundable if canceled within a week. Private functions need a deposit with full payment 7 days prior, non-refundable.
