- Kids Fitness: We understand the importance of instilling healthy habits in children from a young age, which is why we offer bootcamp and outdoor group fitness for kids. Our kids fitness programs are fun, engaging, and designed to help children develop a love for physical activity.
- Equipment Provided: We bring all the equipment needed for each session, so you don't have to worry about purchasing or bringing anything with you. All you need to bring is a towel, a bottle of water, and a warrior's attitude!
FAQs
Q. Do you require a health screen?
A. Yes! Prior to the commencement of your first training session, you will be required to complete a health screening. If any problems are identified during this process, you may be required to get a clearance from your doctor before continuing.
Q. What if I don't want to purchase a package?
A. No worries! We offer 45 or 60 minute casual training sessions. We also offer group training in 4 or 6 week packages or casually if you prefer this to one on one training.
Q. Can I bring my child along with me?
A. Our focus is on providing a family-friendly service, and we understand that it can be difficult finding a time to exercise when you have children. As we provide a mobile service, we can arrange a time to train in your home so your child can remain comfortable and safe and can play in their own environment whilst you train!
Q. Do I need to bring any equipment with me?
A. No, you don't. We have a great range of equipment that we bring to each session.
Q. How far do you travel?
A. To avoid lengthy travel times, we aim to only travel within 12 kilometres of Mitcham. However, it is at the trainer's discretion if they wish to travel further than this.
Q. What are your payment options?
A. We accept credit card, direct bank transfer, and cash. Payment for casual sessions must be made on the day before commencement of the session.
Q. What is your refund/cancellation policy?
A. All individual and group training packages/sessions are non-refundable. Any unused sessions can be held for up to one month.
