Services
Sports Injury Treatment
We specialize in treating sports-related injuries including sprains, strains, and ligament tears. Our evidence-based approach combines manual therapy, strength training, and sport-specific rehabilitation. Patients benefit from accelerated recovery times and reduced risk of re-injury through our tailored treatment programs.
EXOS Casting
Our innovative EXOS casting system replaces traditional plaster with adjustable, waterproof casts. This technology allows for swelling management without re-casting, improved hygiene, and greater patient comfort. Ideal for both adults and children requiring upper limb immobilisation following fractures.
Arthritis Management
We provide comprehensive management strategies for arthritis sufferers, combining pain relief techniques with mobility improvement programs. Our approach focuses on maintaining joint function, strengthening supporting muscles, and implementing lifestyle modifications to improve quality of life for patients with osteoarthritis and other arthritic conditions.
Posture Correction
Our specialists address posture-related issues caused by workplace habits and musculoskeletal imbalances. Treatment includes ergonomic assessments, targeted stretching/strengthening exercises, and neural retraining to alleviate associated neck, back, and limb pain through sustainable postural improvements.
Rehabilitation Programs
We develop customized rehabilitation plans for post-operative patients and neurological condition management. Our programs focus on restoring mobility, rebuilding strength, and improving functional capacity through progressive exercise regimens and advanced therapeutic techniques tailored to individual recovery needs.
