Services
Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy
Our musculoskeletal physiotherapy addresses bone, muscle, and joint disorders through evidence-based treatments. We combine manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, and biomechanical analysis to treat conditions like arthritis, sports injuries, and post-surgical recovery. Tailored programs focus on pain relief, improved mobility, and preventing future injuries through posture correction and load management strategies.
Sports Physiotherapy
Specialized sports physiotherapy helps athletes recover from injuries and enhance performance. We treat muscle strains, ligament sprains, and overuse injuries using sport-specific rehabilitation programs. Our services include biomechanical analysis, return-to-play protocols, and injury prevention strategies tailored to individual sports requirements and competition levels.
Pelvic Health Physiotherapy
Expert pelvic health physiotherapy addresses bladder and bowel control issues, pelvic pain, and postnatal recovery. We use internal examinations, real-time ultrasound, and tailored exercise programs to treat conditions like urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse. Treatment combines muscle retraining with holistic approaches for long-term symptom management.
Hydrotherapy
Aquatic physiotherapy utilizes warm water properties for low-impact rehabilitation. The 34C pool environment reduces joint stress while building strength and mobility through guided exercises. This service benefits arthritis sufferers, post-surgical patients, and those with balance issues through supervised water-based rehabilitation programs.
Vestibular Rehabilitation
Specialized vestibular physiotherapy treats dizziness, vertigo, and balance disorders. We employ evidence-based techniques to address inner ear dysfunction and improve spatial orientation. Treatment programs include customized exercises to enhance balance, reduce dizziness symptoms, and restore confidence in daily activities.
