Our Philosophy

At Mantra Yoga, we wish to take the student into the heart of yoga. In keeping with the yogic tradition, we use methods and practices such as Asana (Postures), Pranayama (Breathing techniques), Pratyahara (Turning the senses inward), Dharana (Concentration), and Dhyana (Meditation). We believe that yoga is not just a physical practice, but a journey of self-discovery and transformation.
