Damaged Clothing and Unprofessional Service
Several reviewers have had terrible experiences with Silver Service Dry Cleaning, citing damaged clothing and unprofessional service. Matt Cairns and Michael Carroll both had clothes damaged, with Cairns' clothes being damaged with no explanation. Carroll strongly advises against using the service, calling it a "scam" that will ruin garments.
