Sustain Maintain Landscapes is a Brisbane-based company that has been providing exceptional landscape services to the Body Corporate and Commercial sectors in the Greater Brisbane Region for over nine years. We have evolved from a one-person operation into a dynamic organisation that currently manages the landscapes and gardens of over 220 clients. Our primary focus is to deliver high-quality landscape maintenance services that our clients truly value.

Our Services

As a team, we bring decades worth of experience working in the unique environment of the South-East QLD landscape and its associated gardens and eco-systems. Our dedication to delivering an outstanding, valuable, and reliable service to our clients is reflected in our continuing, organic growth as a business.

Our services can be categorised into three main offerings: Landscape Maintenance, Landscape Sustenance, and Maintenance Cleaning.

Landscape Maintenance

The core of our business, maintaining landscapes neat and tidy, is what we do best. Our services include mowing, leaf blowing and clearing, tree trimming and pruning, maintenance items reporting, strip and pit drain clearing, hedging, weed control, garden bed tidying, litter and rubbish removal. We take pride in ensuring that every landscape we maintain is kept in pristine condition all year round.

Landscape Sustenance

We provide landscape development services that sustain long-term garden health and prosperity. Our sustenance services include planting design and install, soil structure development, garden tidy-ups, fertilising programs, mulching, and turfing. We understand the importance of sustaining a landscape through fertilising and seasonal care, which is often overlooked by other landscape maintenance providers. Our focus on sustenance ensures that gardens and landscapes do not degrade over time.

Maintenance Cleaning

In addition to our landscaping services, we provide common area maintenance cleaning services. We have been carrying out maintenance cleaning at Body Corporate properties for many years. Our maintenance cleaning services include the removal of litter and rubbish, wiping down of common areas, and the cleaning of facilities.

Our Management Team

Sustain Maintain Landscapes is owned and directed by Seaton Fell-Smith, who has a Bachelor Degree in Landscape Architecture from QUT. Seaton commenced operations ten years ago and has grown SML into a thriving and successful entity. Seaton's experience provides the technical expertise to execute the sustenance and maintenance of local landscapes and a strong understanding of their associated needs and nuances.

Our Operations Manager, Michael Ellis, brings a strong focus of organisation and efficiency to SML through a high level of previous experience in client relations, staff management and business administration. Michael's experience in the field has given him a broad, hands-on understanding of the services provided.

Sustain Maintain Landscapes is a proud member of our industry body, Landscape Queensland. We are constantly improving our services through up-to-date information regarding relevant legislation changes, evolving industry practices and new product releases. Safety is taken seriously at Sustain Maintain Landscapes. We ensure safe work practices by thorough hazard and incident reporting and ongoing development of our safety policies and procedures, which are centralised and easily accessible.
