Kids & Co Pre School has been a key contributor in the field of early childhood education for over 25 years, with our journey beginning in 1991. We are proud to have stayed true to our vision of providing high-quality early childhood education, operating only in Hurstville Grove, NSW. Our community-based Preschool environment is a nurturing space that empowers children's minds through playful friendships in a safe, caring, well-resourced, clean, sustainable, and inclusive setting. We are committed to providing children with the best opportunity to be ready for school and offer our Pre School program to families living locally in Hurstville Grove, South Hurstville, Hurstville, Connell's Point, Kyle Bay, Blakehurst, Penshurst, Mortdale, Oatley, and Oatley West.

Our Team: Australian University Qualified Early Childhood Teachers

At Kids & Co Pre School, we believe in the value of high standards and partnerships with families, schools, universities, research, and community organisations. We are proud to be an Early Learning Languages Australia (ELLA) Champion service for 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and a contributor in state and federal government research. We are also proud to be a 'Be You, ' Beyond Blue early childhood education-based service, trained in mental health to support children, families, and educators. Our team of Australian university qualified early childhood teachers supports and guides children with qualified educators, fostering children's friendships through play and inquiry-based learning while developing skills to transition smoothly to primary school.

We take pride in providing a high-quality and approved pre-school program for 24 preschool children, guided by the national curriculum for early childhood education: The Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard for Australia alongside the service philosophy, early childhood theorists, research, and pedagogy. Our program is designed to foster children's development in all areas, including social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development. We believe that children learn best through play, and our program provides a variety of play-based experiences that are designed to engage and challenge children.

Our Connection to Community and Culture

At Kids & Co Pre School, we value the importance of community and culture. We acknowledge and pay respect to the traditional custodians of the land, the Biddegal people of the Eora nation, and the Aboriginal culture of the Georges River (our closest waterways). We are committed to promoting reconciliation and providing opportunities for children to learn about and celebrate Aboriginal culture. We believe that by promoting respect for all individuals and cultures, we are building a strong and inclusive community that values diversity.
