Pricing and Value
Several reviewers have expressed disappointment with the pricing of Fotek. C. Rogers and Stacey both feel that the prices are excessively high, with C. Rogers noting that $30 for one photo is horrific and Stacey stating that the packages are not flexible and are designed to force families into purchasing more photos than they want. David Barker agrees, calling the pricing criminal. On the other hand, Mel Kosonen notes that Fotek provides quality pictures at a reasonable price and that they have always met the changing needs of their community.
Quality of Photos
While some reviewers have been unhappy with the quality of the photos, others have been very pleased. Tegan Boreland and Lily Lewis both gave high ratings, with Tegan describing the photos as AMAZING and Lily stating that they were beautiful. Lauren Leckie received her photos and was thrilled, particularly as her shy daughter was able to be captured in some beautiful shots. Jess, on the other hand, felt that the photos were average to poor.
Customer Service
Harrison Grima reported a frustrating experience when trying to book graduation photos and provide feedback on the service. They were accused of being "very rude" when trying to explain that their negative feedback was based on what other families had told them, and ultimately decided to switch to another company.
Professionalism
Tegan Boreland and Lily Lewis both praised the professionalism of the photographers, with Tegan noting that they went above and beyond to get the perfect photos and Lily stating that they were easy to deal with. Mel Kosonen also praised the professionalism of the team, noting that they are well-organized and provide high-quality images.
