Positive Feedback
Rob did an amazing job steam cleaning our wool carpets. He undertook a thorough job of cleaning the carpets to the agreed price. It was a day and night change and I can't believe how much dirt came out of my carpets, very professional loved the end results, would highly recommend.
Negative Feedback
Did a very poor job of cleaning carpets. Didn't vacuum the carpet before he put down the pretreatment. Pretreatment was only left for a couple of minutes before he started to steam vacuum the carpets. Didn't agitate the carpet, even though there were stained areas which I told him about, also dented the plaster walls with his steam vacuum and didn't say anything., I only noticed after he left. Stay away! We agreed on $200 for 6 rooms (4 sml rooms and the lounge), I had already got quotes for $159 and $139 from other places but felt I'd rather pay a bit more to get a 'better service'. Big mistake! Once here, he increased price to $420 as he said the area was too big. Well rubbish I said! These rooms are tiny. So he packed up and left. He said he didn't 'remember' our conversation where we agreed on $200, absolutely ridiculous! Stay away from this bloke, he tried to pull one over me but not today buddy! Anyway, called another guy who is doing the job as I type this for $150
